We can assist with locating manuals or wrangling parts and warranty information from suppliers. Platinum AVL has established relationships with all the major manufacturers, so when it comes to warranty issues, our service department can facilitate warranty exchanges with any of the gear you buy from us.
Our in-house repair team is equipped to fully service any equipment that we sell or facilitate transport to an authorized repair center.
Our technicians are available for at-location service calls as needed with flexible scheduling. As in life, we recognize that not all AVL problems occur during the weekly 9-5.
